Your doctor has ordered a Radiology examination of a joint(s). You will be receiving an injection of contrast that contains iodine material) into the joint space for the Radiologist to visualize the anatomical region your doctor has ordered.

There are no special preparations required for these procedures.

If you are allergic to iodine please notify your referring physician & the technologist prior to scheduling your procedure.

NOTE: Pediatric Patients: Upon scheduling we will give preparation instructions.
