Take IH-35 North to IH-10 West

From IH-10 West exit Wurzbach

Go left under the expressway on Wurzbach

Continue down Wurzbach until you get to Babcock.

Turn right on Babcock

To the right you will see the sign for Westgate Medical Center.

From Stone Oak (North Central)

Take Loop 1604 West to IH-10

Take IH-10 East to Huebner Rd

Turn right onto Huebner

Take Huebner Rd to Babcock

Turn Left onto Babcock

Continue on Babcock until you see on your left (past Medical Drive) the sign for Westgate Medical Center.

From Downtown

Take IH-35 North to IH-10 West

From IH-10 West exit Wurzbach

Go left under the expressway on Wurzbach

Continue down Wurzbach until you get to Babcock.

Turn right on Babcock

To the right you will see the sign for Westgate Medical Center.

From Windsor Park Mall (Northeast)

Take IH-35 to loop 410

Take loop 410 around to Babcock

Exit Babcock to the right.

Go outside of the loop down Babcock past Callaghan and Wurzbach

Pass through the light at Medical Drive

To the right you will see the sign for Westgate Medical Center.

From McCreless Mall (Southeast S.A.)

Take IH-37 North towards Downtown

Then take IH-35 South to IH-10 West

Take IH-35 North to IH-10 West

From IH-10 exit Wurzbach

Go left under the expressway on Wurzbach until you get to Babcock

Turn right on Babcock

Pass through the light at Medical Drive

To the right you will see the sign for Westgate Medical Center.
